This song is about culture, profanity, morality and taste.  Some of the imagery was inspired by a particularly over the top episode of this series.  I believe it was specifically made to be too offensive for TV.  Interestingly enough, what is offensive changes over time.  It was actually considered offensive to eat with a fork in medieval times ( learned that in the medieval cuisine FA)  Then as now what is offensive can change if the action or object that offends has some utility or if it causes us to look at things from a more honest perspective.  In this particular case, the case of the offensive episode, creativity is useful in catalyzing a shift in perspective.  In fact if the level of creativity is poor the creator fails and is condemned.  If the level of creativity is right the creator is celebrated.
