I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: this project is getting really hard to stick with since it has been so beautiful outside.   This song was a little rushed because I’m falling behind and I just wanted to get it done.  Atheism is such an interesting topic though.  I feel there are a lot of hardcore Atheists coming out of the woodwork lately.  People like Sam Harris and Richard Dawkins are spreading the Gospel of Atheism.  A lot of people are prone to question the authenticity of an Atheist’s morality.  I think it’s a tough hurdle that atheists have to overcome.  But an important credit to an atheist’s moral fortitude is that they care enough to express openly what they experience as the truth.  In fact, many times they might be less prone to just “go along” with a popular idea they know is wrong in an attempt to gain influence or power.  This is where many politicians and leaders fall short.  Though religious people may be suspicious of Atheists’ credibility and trustworthiness it is possible that these may be the very qualities that define their morality.
