Got some good parts and some bad parts.  I promised myself I’d finish now so I’m going with what I’ve got.  I used incorporated another major idea here when I was stuck for inspiration.  I wrote this song with the first category on Geroges Polti’s list of the 36 possible dramatic situations in mind.  That is supplication.  I thought of the main character of the song as one who was begging to a higher authority for protection from a persecutor.  In this case, it is a farmer, who feels persecuted by the strange and unnatural schedule that daylight saving time forces him into.  He pleads to the sun that it might come earlier in the morning.
